This house was destined for greatness. With only the front bedrooms to remain, the whole house was transformed with new lighting throughout. The whole property was re wired with new cabling, the mains cabling was upgraded to 3 phase power to power all the high draw appliances such as the cooktop, ovens, multiple air conditioners and of course the pool. The major electrical center piece is the elaborate pendant light hanging above the dining room table. With hand blown glass and a price tag of more than most small cars, it really sets the scene for the whole area. All slimline power points and outlets were supplied by Voltex
Creating a seamless transition between new and old, the geniuses over at Tom Robertson Architects knocked it out of the park with the design from beginning to end.
